DO I NEED TO WEAR THE BACKS TO MY EARRINGS?
Yes! Our earrings are so light weight that it can often feel as though they are not there. We recommend wearing the backs to ensure that you do not loose your earrings.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We accept returns for any items with quality issues or that were damaged upon arrival. That being said, we do not offer refunds as that is the nature of made to order products. However, we accept exchanges! In the event your earrings arrive with quality issues or damage, we will replace the defective pair for an identical replacement. DO YOU HAVE ANY CARE RECOMMENDATIONS?
Each order comes with a jewelry care card which contains the information needed to keep your earrings looking brand new for years to come. We are not liable for any quality issues that arise from failure to properly care for your earrings.
