However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me directly at email@example.com for any questions or concerns. I want to make your purchase a happy one. Due to the nature of made to order products, all sales are considered final. However, if an item is damaged or there are any other quality issues, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org , place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

*Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange an exchange.
- All items are FINAL SALE unless there are quality issues, in which case, the item is eligible for exchange only.
- Damaged items must be returned with all original packaging
- Due to the nature of made to order items, returns for full refunds are not accepted
- Exchanges will be made for an identical pair only.
- Items that become damaged as a result of improper care are not eligible for exchange
- We try our best to ensure color matching is as accurate as possible however, we cannot guarantee that the color we see will match across all monitor types and we cannot ensure that the the color will not vary dye lot to dye lot. Because we cannot control dye concentration or monitor usage, we are not liable for any color issues.
